Introducing a few small but critical tweaks to the formula, the MagMax Nitro 2 gives you more of what you loved in the shoe's first go-round, where there was plenty to love already. For the midsole cushioning, their supercritical NITROFOAM was already balanced and bouncy. This time, it's gotten even lighter, while still maintaining the same comfortable energy return you had in the original. So now, you get easier turnover and fresher legs on your longest runs.
PUMA also redesigned their rubber coverage on the MagMax 2's outsole, reducing additional weight to speed up your ride while still providing that PUMAGRIP traction for you to tackle variable road conditions.
With an engineered mesh upper reinforced with PWRTAPE, combined with a plush collar for ankle comfort, PUMA looks to provide a secure, breathable lockdown for your best-feeling runs yet.
