Sacrificing nothing, the Kipstorm Elite combines maximum stacks of its cushioned, dynamic midsole compounds with an aggressively seated carbon plate. An outer layer of SCF ATPU foam fully wraps the carbon fiber plate with a soft, responsive foam, while an inset layer of PEBA foam provides enhanced bounce and lightness. The shoe is designed with propulsive geometries, and each element works together to support quick turnovers and high energy return. All together, the Kipstorm Elite offers a dynamic underfoot experience that's ideal for marathon-distance efforts.

The Elite has a World Athletics Legal stack height of 39 mm in the heel, with a 5 mm drop to the 34 mm forefoot base. KIPRUN keeps that drop shallow intentionally, to ensure a well-cushioned front of foot experience, while an aggressive heel bevel keeps the overall weight of the shoe down and your stride moving forward. 

In the outsole, minimal rubber and large grooved cutouts do their part to give you the traction and shock absorption that you need, while removing any excess material that you don't.
