This means the power meter can show both left and right leg power, in addition to total power and cadence.
The Favero Assioma DUO-Shi Power Meter have a Q Factor of 65 mm. This compares to 53-54 mm for most other pedals. This means each pedal will be approximately 11-12 mm further away from the bike than normal. Since Q Factor and bike set-up is subjective, each rider needs to determine if this is an ideal set-up for them.
