The extensions themselves start out long, and can be adjusted for reach as well as cut down for customization. Uncut, they extensions are J-bends, with threading holes for mechanical or electronic cables to run internally. But the extensions can be cut down in front to make S-bends, or even straight. Depending on what you want, you can cut them down from the front or from the rear, with cut lines discreetly marked so you know exactly where to cut and can easily transfer the cuts to the other bar. They assume you’ll want to cut them down to size. Max extension length is 317mm If you go with the J-bend, they figure the kit will way 455g, with the S-bend 445g.
