The core idea in the development of this new suit was to combine the flexibility and fit of Castelli's powerhouse Free Sanremo Short Sleeve suit and the performance and comfort of their new PR 2 Speed Suit. The upper part is identical to the regular Free Sanremo suit. The Sanremo opening construction doesn't pull you forwad, it makes pee stops easier and lets you open the top up when you feel too hot. The fabrics are quick drying, light and cool. The bottom benefits from the aero research conducted for their PR 2 Speed Suit project. The new "Ultra" features a completely redesigned short portion with exceptional comfort and aerodynamics. The benefits of this concept with almost no seams and no additional leg gripper will most notably come to light during the concluding marathon of a long distance triathlon, when comfot and support are key for a successful and strong finish.
